The Firm's corporate and transactional practice encompasses services related to entity structuring and formation, contract drafting and negotiation, shareholder agreements, buy-sell agreements, partnership agreements, company agreements, bylaws, stock purchase agreements, stock option plans and agreements of many types. The Firm regularly represents clients in mergers, acquisitions and dispositions.
